Patent opinions from the Eastern District of Texas and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit

Weekly Digest

Granted

These are opinions and orders granting the relief sought in full. A grant may end the case, as with summary judgment of non-infringement or invalidity of every asserted claim, or resolve a discrete question, as with a motion to strike an expert report or to compel production. Because a court granting relief must explain why the moving party was entitled to it, these documents generally contain the fullest reasoning on the issue decided. Where the grant disposes of fewer than all claims or parties, the case continues on what remains, and later orders in the same docket often follow. Where the grant is dispositive, the judgment entered on it usually appears here as well.

532 opinions and orders, showing 401–532.
