Satius Holding, Inc. (Satius) appeals decisions of the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (1) rejecting claim 1 of U.S.
22 IN RE SATIUS HOLDING, INC.
Patent No. 6,711,385 on obviousness grounds in an ex parte reexamination proceeding, and (2) denying Satius’ request for rehearing. Because we conclude claim 1 of the ’385 patent is invalid in Satius Holding, LLC v. Samsung Electronics Co., No. 2025-1446 (Fed. Cir. Oct. 1, 2026), we dismiss this appeal as moot.
